Using Your PDF Document

The following steps show how to fill in the PDF attachment on your computer so no printing and scanning is needed.

  1. Open the PDF attachment by double clicking.

  2. On the right hand side of the page click the purple pen that says FILL & SIGN.

  3. At the top of the page there are options to use text, crosses, ticks and signature. Click the AB icon then click where you want to start typing on the form, this will create a text box that you can write in. The text boxes are movable if placed in the wrong space, just click, hold and drag.

  4. Go to the last page of the attachment then click the SIGN option at the top of the page. In the pop up box click on, draw my signature, then click on draw and use your mouse to sign your name. When you are happy with the signature click accept then place the signature in the correct box. You can adjust the size and positioning of the signature.

  5. When the attachment is filled in and signed, go to FILE at the top left then click the SAVE AS and save the file as you normally save any file.

  6. You can now add this file as an attachment to an email.
