Frank O'Neill

Frank has been in the financial services industry for over 25 years and started mortgage broking in 2005. He is experienced in all types of lending including first home buyers, construction loands, refinancing, investment property and business developement loans. Recently Frank has specialised in helping first time buyers to purchase a home. He has written a First Home Buyers Guide detailling all aspects of finding a home deposit including using Kiwi Saver and Housing New Zealand Grants. Also in the Guide is details of Welcome Home Loans and other information useful to first home buyers.
Frank has successfully run a number of First Home Buyer Seminars on the Kapiti Coast and helped find finance for many people to get them into their first homes. Now those seminars are available in Wellington and Hutt Valley.
